Rishi, a Trinbagonian professional with extensive experience across various sectors including banking, telecommunications, education, special-needs training, and tourism, brings a wealth of knowledge to the Student Summit. As an innovative leader, Rishi has developed a strategic Leadership workshop designed to align participants with the demands of the World of Work (WOW). With a focus on personal growth, leadership, and teamwork, the workshop incorporates Stephen Covey’s "Seven Habits of Highly Effective People" to prepare students for their future careers. Rishi, currently pursuing a doctorate, uses unique exercises and real-world examples to create a dynamic learning environment.
